Apspire2Health was featured in Queensland Farmer Today, highlighting a series of Aspire2Health regional events which commenced in May.
The Aspire2Healthprogram is designed to identify high school students interested in working in medicine, nursing or allied health and give them a full immersion into regional and rural healthcare.
Aspire2Health is designed for Year’s 9 and 10 high school students with an interest in becoming a health career. Aspire2Health is a collaboration between Griffith University, Southern Queensland Rural Health, Queensland Ambulance Service, the University of Southern Queensland, Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise, Darling Downs and West Moreton Primary Health Network and Western Queensland Primary Health Network.
