RuralMedEd proudly congratulates Dr MacAskill on receiving the ANZAHPE Early Career Award. Dr William MacAskill, one of our senior researchers, presented at ANZAHPE Conference 2023. His collaborative work with RMEA staff and Griffith University students explores the benefits of creative reflective learning for medical students’ personal growth, relationships, and sense of belonging. We’re excited to apply these findings in future translational research projects, empowering students to develop personally, interpersonally, and as reflective practitioners.
